Absolutely gorgeous. Even my husband, who did not want an artificial tree, loved it. It looks so real. But don't expect any help from the company that makes the tree. They list a customer service number. But they really don't have anyone to help you. And trying to register the tree for the warranty is just aggravation. Works in our space and looks pretty natural for an artificial tree. I chose it because the branches are spaced out a bit as I have a fair number of long ornaments that hang without hindrance on this tree.
