I have started this review several times and then erased. This is my first “fake” tree and at first I gave it a 1, but after taking to my co workers about it my feelings improved!. I put it together in less than 5 minutes even though the instructions did not match my tree. Instructions stated plug ins on the pole but there are none. Instructions also listed foot pedal to turn off and on but fine fine print on bottom of last page list as an accessory. After initial 5 minutes I spent over an hour fixing limbs which I was told is very common. The limbs are very sturdy and easily hold the heavier bulbs if needed. I think it needs more lights but to each his own. Here was my biggest issue.. the bottom row of limbs touched the floor not leaving any room to place bulbs. My husband could place his hands near the pole and bend the limbs to raise another inch or two but this 63 year old 140lbwoman was not strong enough to bend them. You definitely must bend them before you add the second tier of limbs. Last but not least since it is August and over 105 degrees I took tree down same day in minutes and it easily fit back into the box. ‘

This tree is very nicely made. It’s definitely not as full as the picture shows. It snaps together quickly and easy and comes pre-lit. The bottom branches drag the ground so there’s no room to put presents under.

Let me start by saying that I am a staunch supporter of real, fresh cut trees. That said, short of an exact replica this tree was not getting 5 stars. Arrived in a long box, but no extra filling inside. The box fit the tree exactly and thus will be kept for storage year after year. The tree is SUPER easy to assemble. It came in three large sections with a stand. I did not put the screws in the stand to secure it (it’s July… so just trying it out), but imagine that will be as simple as the other part. I am 5’3” and small build - had no problems with either the height or the weight during assembly. When it first went together my reaction was WOW - that might be the ugliest tree I have ever seen (i included a pic of the initial assembly). That said, once you separate the branches and put the lights on, the tree is actually quite lovely. Overall - for a fake tree - not a bad choice at this price point. I included a “final” picture, but I assure you I did not separate the branches nearly as much as you should for actual use. Disassembling is also quite easy - despite no directions in the package. You do need two people for disassembling because someone needs to hold the tree down while the other person lifts each section for removal.

It's Christmas in July! That is what it looked like when I opened the box. I only posted the top of the tree as I don't want to take it all out. I haven't had a tree up in years as we always go to my daughter's out of state. This year I am hoping they will come to me. The tree is pre-lighted which is a major help. It needs a lot of fluffing, but with all the ornaments on it should look great.

The box arrived with a musty smell, which is also on the tree. When I pulled it out of the box the smell was quite strong. The tree is definitely not as full as the picture depicts. When I tried the lights over half of them didn’t light up.

Christmas is quite some time away, so the Christmas tree is currently still in the box. I do love the realistic effect on the leaves and the fact that it is pre-lit! Having to add lights to Christmas trees can be a pain, but I look forward to the convenience of skipping that step this year.
