The furniture item itself is very well made of fine wood, and it is beautiful. However, I had to get two of them because the first was damaged, and replacement unit was also damaged. ALMODERN made it possible for me to salvage good parts from the two damaged units so I could fabricate ONE almost perfect unit. THE PROBLEM occurred at the manufacturer's end. I was not sure I would want to spend more than a few hundred on a media console, but this purchase was worth it based on all the reviews. I got my new Bravia 3 75” tv and it fits perfectly on top! The black smooth color texture was exactly want I wanted. It comes with leg stands but I didn’t put them on because my tv would have been way too high.
