Jaime 59'' Media Console

It looks beautiful at first sight and looks just like it does in the photos. The console was packaged very securely. What I like is that the only installation required was installing the legs, the entire unit was packaged as one whole piece which I really appreciated as I had to unpackaged and install the legs myself. The reason I took off two stars is due to the dent which is visible and fairly significant to the front left corner of the console.

For the price the quality was just ok. I was expecting better quality. Also the wood is more red than in the photos. I was hoping for more of a brown stain.

Arrived damaged and had to haggle with support to return and receive a full refund. Awful quality product for the price you pay.

It came in a timely manner. It came well packed but dispite that one door was damaged. Also, had a dried lizard in the box stuck to the underside of the unit. It was pretty crispy and flat like lizard jerky. I wrote on the live chat about the broken door and the lizard and was told to wait ten days for escalation. After four days I filled out the online door replacement form. Received an email that it had shipped a day later. Received the new door and it came well but on the edges there are little gouges. Too small to care about but I assume these doors were off a returned unit. Customer service made it right by sending a new door but overall a underwhelming unit. This is solid wood pieces combined into a unit. The top is three pieces the doors multiples, the sides appear to be three. I'm guessing those seams will split eventually. Is it worth 899? Structurally no, styling yes.
