Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional. We bought this as a replacement for a very modern sectional that had vinyl covering - and the problem was that the vinyl was wearing much faster than we had expected. So, this new sectional is more traditional, not as fancy, not tremendously comfortable (need back support), but covered in a fabric that we hope lasts longer. We'll see.. Tom.
