Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional. I replaced the legs with 5 inch legs this raised the height to 18 inches. Also I repositioned the throw pillows and altered them from 18 to12 inches. Now they are uniform to the height of the arm. This is a wonderful, classy leather couch that will make any space look 5 times more sophisticated and warm at the same time. The leather is high quality and the couch is very sturdy. The couch came in one huge box, no assembly required. Just put the legs and screw them in and you get yourself a high end leather couch. I just hope the cats dont destroy it.
