I was looking for a cream colored sectional with mid-century design features and removable cushions with zip off fabric. This certainly did the job, and for quite a bit cheaper than many stores out there. I got it on sale which I would recommend, as I feel the value is correct at the sale price. The sofa is large and the cream color is lovely. It's a great neutral base for throws/pillows. Definitely a mass produced item but it feels solid and comes out of Vietnam which produces better furniture than China in my opinion. Delivery was 5 stars...3 days, right on time, and assembled as full-service delivery was included with the sale price. This was the only couch I could find that checked all the boxes I was looking for. Arrived relatively quick and brought into my front doorway. The couch is heavy, well-built, and feels good quality. Have laid in it heavily the past few weeks and the cushions hold up well. Very happy with purchase. Beware cat claws. They tear up the upholstered material like a hot knife through butter. A lot of reviews say the couch is uncomfortable but we disagree. It is firm but still comfortable, and the leather will break in over time. This was my biggest worry, but I was very pleased. The couch is exactly as pictured, the color is beautiful. Great for a city apartment or smaller space. You can have the chaise on either side, you just tell the guys which you want when it arrives. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards. This couch appears to be high quality and the delivery was smooth with no issues. I’m only docking it a star because it’s not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be (at least right out of the box). It’s definitely on the firm side, so if you’re looking for a couch that’s a cloud and one you’re going to sink into this isn’t that couch That being said, the color is awesome and like I said it seems to be well built. Coveted seating. This oversized chaise sectional invites you to sink in and get comfortable. I have had this couch for 3 years. My friends have all been obsessed with it and it's a known thing that everybody loves my couch. It's extremely soft, cozy, you'll really get lost in it lol. However, it sits EXTREMELY low to the ground and over time, it definitely looks and feels used. Probably after just a year, I was like dang, it's starting to look a little mushy. It still fulfilled its purpose nonetheless but it is not as easy to clean as you would think. After 3 years, (which I assume around 3-4 you should be getting a new couch anyway) it's looking so dingy I cannot even stand the sight of it lol. BUT, the reason I am writing the review is to let people know, when i purchased this couch it was 1700, in 2021. I am certainly positive they've made no changes or adjustments to it to increase longevity, therefore, I do not at all believe it's worth the price they have it at now. I know the economy is different now than it was in 2021 but there are WAY better couches out there for 2300. I wouldn't have paid that for a couch this size, which is why I bought it, because it's fairly smaller than your normal sectional. The pictures I'm providing are recent, and after a good cleaning of the couch, but clearly you can see it's a little lumpy and has lost its shape!. Briana. North Hollywood, CA. Thu Nov 14 2024
