Lonsdale Chaise Sectional

This is an overstuffed, super comfy sofa. Not sure why everyone is complaining about it being low ... it literally says its low in the description and the measurements provided are accurate. Its beautiful, reversible and probably the most comfortable sofa Ive owned. You might have to work on and perfect your dismount, but its totally worth it. Construction and materials seem to be of good quality -- the pillows do move around a bit as with any detached cushion sofa, and I can see the cushions maybe breaking down or the seams moving after a lot of use, again as with any overstuffed sofa, but I think this would actually be easy to restuff since the cushions all have zippers. Ive had my eye on this set for awhile and when it went on sale I grabbed it as fast as I could, and Im not sorry I did because it sold out fast. Also for clarification, you dont need anything larger than a standard size door width to get it in the house no matter what the QA says. This comes in 2 boxes and both fit through my standard door without an issue. June 2026 update although I really loved this sofa when I first got it I will say after five years now the cushions are flat as pancakes. Probably one of the most uncomfortable things to sit on. The sofa already is low and the only saving grace for that was the thick over stuff cushions now that the cushions are flat you need a crane to get up out of this thing. It was really more expensive than I would usually pay for a sofa because I wanted it higher quality, but I’m not really sure that this got the job done. While I recommended it prior, I’m going to say if you’re looking for longevity or maybe using a sofa for more than five years this probably isn’t the right choice for You

Please don’t buy this. We should have sent it back immediately. We were enticed by an extra discount. The couch is the most uncomfortable and poorly made piece of furniture. We have spent a small fortune trying to buy aftermarket support pieces. The cushions have no support. Additionally in less than a year you feel the frame through the cushions. Please don’t but this.

unzipped cover once and zipper broke. Now cant get it back on and have half a couch with no cover. actually horrible quality.

I have had this couch for 3 years. My friends have all been obsessed with it and it's a known thing that everybody loves my couch. It's extremely soft, cozy, you'll really get lost in it lol. However, it sits EXTREMELY low to the ground and over time, it definitely looks and feels used. Probably after just a year, I was like dang, it's starting to look a little mushy. It still fulfilled its purpose nonetheless but it is not as easy to clean as you would think. After 3 years, (which I assume around 3-4 you should be getting a new couch anyway) it's looking so dingy I cannot even stand the sight of it lol. BUT, the reason I am writing the review is to let people know, when i purchased this couch it was 1700, in 2021. I am certainly positive they've made no changes or adjustments to it to increase longevity, therefore, I do not at all believe it's worth the price they have it at now. I know the economy is different now than it was in 2021 but there are WAY better couches out there for 2300. I wouldn't have paid that for a couch this size, which is why I bought it, because it's fairly smaller than your normal sectional. The pictures I'm providing are recent, and after a good cleaning of the couch, but clearly you can see it's a little lumpy and has lost its shape!

Couch arrived with a large dip in the back of one of the pieces. I’m light but an average sized person sinks almost to the ground despite the thickness of the cushion. I contacted customer service and they want me to pay $400 or about 20% of the cost of the item to return it even though it arrived defective. Very frustrated with this.
