Beautiful bed frame, very soft texture, great color, looks exactly as pictured. Delivery time was timely, respectful and quick to setup the frame without any issues. Only feedback regarding frame is that slats should be about 2” apart for supporting a mattress without a box spring - these are more like 4” apart, so we will have to add slats or get a low box spring base. If you don't have experience with fasteners, tools and following assembly instructions, then you should probably hire someone else to do it for you instead of attempting it, failing, then claiming it's "too complicated.". Overall I’d give this bed frame 4 stars. The finished look is really beautiful in person. Very clean, modern, and expensive looking without being overly bulky. The biggest issue was that it arrived with zero instructions, which was definitely frustrating. But I have to give major credit to the deliveryassembly guys because they were SO patient and still managed to figure everything out on their own. They took their time, worked through it piece by piece, and ended up putting it together perfectly. Honestly very impressed with them because I probably would’ve lost my mind without instructions. I was nervous purchasing as boucle can look really cheap when it isn’t top of the line, but the beds came (2 matching, size full) and they look beyond good. Already getting loads of compliments. Heads up the slats sit high so the mattress doesn’t sit sunken within the box of the frame, so overall the feel of the bed isn’t as low as I expected but they look so darn good I’m not bothered.
