Really beautiful piece. Solidly made; everything has a feel of higher-end quality. Hickory finish is similar to a white oak color, with color variations that look lovely in person and add to the organic modern vibe of the piece. Pulls are leather (hard to see in the photos). It's raw to the touch; may want to protect it with some matte finishing wax. Super roomy inside, and comes with 3 shelves. Recommend anchoring this to the wall for safety as it's a tall and heavy piece. Came well packed and 100% fully assembled. Client loved it!

I was quite disappointed when I received this wardrobe. The wardrobe has leather handles. Most of the leather handles were damaged. There were other scratches on the wardrobe as well. The quality is certainly not what I expected for the price.

its nice but came damaged due to handling by delivery men who had an attitude and were rushing. they handled it and delivered it upside down too, which caused the damages most likely.

Handsome, roomy, well designed and well made. We live in a small one bedroom apartment and needed the equivalent of a closet. After looking at many other armoires we chose the Shale and it does not disappoint. Internally, it's full sized so hangers fit and clothes hang correctly. Externally the finish is beautiful and the scale of the case goods is pleasing. The whole room looks great with the Shale in it.
