Reginald Dining Cabinet

Very happy with this china cabinet. It is well made and looks beautiful. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that one of the legs was faulty and needs to be replaced. Customer service was wonderful and easy to work with, they were very responsive. However, the replacement part won't be shipped for over a month after we purchased it. It can't be put in place without the replacement leg.

Love this piece. A few chips and cracks on wood on the inside and needed to glue small separation a hinge. Cabinet is stunning and holds many larger items comfortably. Statement piece

Nice, solid piece of furniture; color was perfect. Everything aligned well. Delivery was seamless and happened sooner than I expected. Do wish the shelves were adjustable, but it works just the way it is!

The cabinet arrived initially with a broken door and AllModern offered to have a "master craftsman" come to my house and fix it free of charge. While I'm waiting for the master craftsman appointment, the door breaks off completely. A week later, the craftsman comes and declares the door irreparable. I then have to wait for a new cabinet to get shipped to my house and have the old cabinet removed. The new cabinet arrives and the magnet in the door is broken and needs to get swapped with a part from the old cabinet. Mind you, all three in-person appointments requires time off from work, back-and-forth emails and phone calls to coordinate. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the second cabinet, the non-broken one, is actually quite lovely.
