While nice looking, it stains very easily. Just a normal wipe with a damp rag ruined it. It is overpriced from a durability standpoint.

A quality piece that is constructed of real wood. That being said, real wood inherently requires maintenance to keep it looking good and preserve it for years (occasional application of wood soap, preventive care such as coasters and avoiding high humidity or hot environments, etc). If maintenance is not your thing, then look for a veneer or even MDF piece for less, and expect to replace it within a shorter lifespan. We purchased it because it offered a MCM style with a narrow footprint that fit in a small space and offered storage. It’s really perfect for small space.

Looks great, very sturdy, and one of the easiest assemblies I've ever had. It came almost fully assembled, just had to screw in the legs. My one criticism is that the finish is very rough, all over the item. It needed to be sanded better at the factory or wherever it was made. Some extra fine sandpaper fixed the issue, just be very gentle.

Really easy to put together and it looks great. I was surprised by how much room there is under the table top - good storage
