Great for rooms where space is a concern as this base was designed to allow for more room under your tree for gifts.

We have an artificial tree that has a real tree limb core. Stands for artificial trees are made for a 1-2 inch pipe. Ours is 3.8 inches wide. This was perfect and easy to set up. We originally bought one of the bigger ones but sent it back. Our tree is 4 feet but narrow. The footprint was way too big. This one was much better under the tree. Nice clean appearence.
