That said, there are a couple spots where there was a mild defect --gunky residue on the surface I was able to cut off and a hard lump within the rug, at the base of the pile. This rug is very soft and high quality. It makes our living room pop. The only thing I don’t like is that it sheds pretty bad. We’ve had it out for ~3 weeks and it needs vacuumed every 3 days and fills our vacuum up twice before it’s done. Hopefully the shedding is less over time. For now the vacuuming is worth it.
