Brown Hand-Tufted Checkered Wool Rug

The rug is lovely. It is definitely more taupe than beige so the color is not as warm as it appears in the photo, but it works in my space. The only issue has been the off-gassing. Fortunately its summer so I've been able to ventilate the living room with windows open and a couple of fans, but the chemical smell is still faintly present after a couple of weeks.
