I was looking for a light fixture to modernize my kitchen while being minimalist since I don't have super high ceilings and it can start to look busy fast. This fit the bill. I love the matte black color and that I can adjust the warmth of the lighting through an app. It's BIG but sits flush to the ceiling. Where it lacks is the actual light it gives off. It definitely wouldn't be enough to be your main light fixture. We actually don't turn it on much since we still would need our can lights on. It gets used the most on movie nights when we turn on the "night light" functionality to set the mood since our kitchen is next to the tv room (if you turn the light switch off then on again quickly it goes into night light mode).. It doesn't work for me. My hall is rather small for this giant glass piece. This requires more space in the hall than I have. The glass is huge, my hall is very tight. I didn't realize this thing was so huge. It works for someone that has more of an open area to put it in because I'm telling you the glass is huge. Was packed very, very well w/no damage but it's just too large for my hallway. I'm having a rough time finding light fixtures. I don't want to buy bulbs, they're too hard to find now days. I was hoping this would work but so much for that idea! My house is only 1600 sf so a lot of tighter spaces than this can accommodate. Our light is absolutely beautiful! Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because there’s an obvious smudge/finger print on the gold leaf and the glass milk fixture has weird waves in it that may be pressure cracks.
