Love the rustic color of the wood and love the modern design! It’s a great size. Fits everything perfectly! The height turned out to be perfect, although I was worried about it. The room is small and everything fits perfectly! The top drawers don’t open up all the way like the bottom drawers do, but not a problem. The drawers get stuck sometimes, they don’t close smoothly. The quality is more a 3-star, but added a star as the style of the dresser looks nice and is what I expected. The interlocking system made some jangling chain sounds when opening and closing the drawers. I had to diy/macgyver the locking system by putting in some adhesive cushion to curb some of the jangling noise;,which was annoying; but ultimately I got it to where I was happy with that sound so that’s good. There are also a couple of chips in the paint or lacquer of the drawers which isn’t awesome, but not too noticeable. This is a well built dresser. Beautiful grain and stain color, and even better yet- it came fully assembled! However, I have never ran to buy replacement hardware faster. The original hardware it came with was weird little pegs which are hard to grip! The drawers are soft close, but because of that there’s some resistance when pulling, and our hands would slip easily with the original hardware. Zero build required. I had a drawer get knocked out of the track during shipping but it was an easy fix. No damage. I didn’t want to mess it up further so I contacted supported and they helped me troubleshoot the issue. If I couldn’t fix it, they would have sent someone out to help/replace. This chest was delivered in perfect condition and exactly as pictured. The dark gray color works well in our office/guest room and the drawers are deeper than we expected. They also pull out farther than another dresser I have from Wayfair and they close securely. This isn't a complaint but the gold handles are on the brassy side of gold. The delivery guys noted the dresser is rather heavy. I take this as a positive sign it's made of actual wood, but this may be a challenge if you want to move it yourself.. Danihawk. Forest Hills, NY.
