Easy assembly. A bit hefty to carry so I opted to open my parcels and move them by piece instead of package. The delivery men were extremely curtious. There was a slight delay with shipping but not enough to be upset with.

We got this entertainment center, as we had a rather large wall to fill and a small budget in the world of entertainment centers. I had previously purchased a dining table made by Coaster, so I felt pretty confident going in that this would be pretty decent. We were lucky and even though the shipping we chose was "get it off the truck yourself," the local company left it on our porch anyway. It came in 2 boxes, and I (a female) was alone able to inch them inside myself (probably about 100lbs each). If you've ever put together Ikea furniture, construction of this unit will be easy for you. One person can assemble it, but two people need to life it up. It's very nice and looks much higher in quality than Ikea. Another reviewer mentioned filling the holes with some shoe polish or stain or something, and I plan to do that to help add to the solid look. I definitely recommend this media center if you're thinking about it. Quite happy.
Very nice entertainment center

We were looking for an entertainment center for our moderately sized television in a large cut out in our family room and this worked out really well. Deceptively large, we purchased the darker color and it looks quite rich and substantial and doesn't dwarf our tv. Very pleased with the piece.

Better than promised. Quality is excellent, very sturdy. Can't get better for the price. May consider paying extra for delivery inside home if you can't liftcarry 400lbs!

I fell in love with this unit from the first time I laid eyes on it. I love brown and it goes well with my livingroom and it was not hard to assemble. It fit against the wall just like I anticipated it would. Its also easy to clean. Love the shelves on the bottom. It not bulky. It can hold a few books, dvds, cds, dvd player, cable box, amp, playstation, wii, as well as figurines....I havent decided what to decorate it with yet, but I'm sure it'll all come together.

This wall unit looks clean and elegant. We wished we could afford solid wood, but since we couldn't, this really looks like it. We've gotten a lot of compliments on it, and we also really like it. Assembling was not that easy, but not the worst ever. Use Olde English Brown furniture polish on the holes for shelves, and that takes away the pressboard look. The pictures have our 42" TV in it, which as you can see, works fine.
