Dodo Arslan Italy

Dodo Arslan, an Italian designer with Armenian origins, lives and works in Milan. Recently he has been included in Taschen's book Design No w!, an in-depth exploration of contemporary design collecting the latest works by 90 of the world's leading designers and manufacturing companies and in DesignlArt limited Editions, a complete and updated overview of desigriart creations by 70 international designers. Arslan received Young and Design, Mini Design, Pirelli Pzero and Art Directors Club's a wards His products have been displayed at welitech A ward at Museo della Scienza e della Tecnica in Milan, Inside Art at Fondazione Arnaldo Pomodoro and Italian Design on Tour in new York, Las Vegas, Shanghai, Mumbai, Berlin and London. Be wick, M. De lucchi, T. Fritze, F. Torn) for Deutsche Post, British American Tobacco, Zumtobel Staff arid won the Design Plus Prize. Dodo then joined Continuum (Boston-Milan-Seouh) where he worked for Motorola, He wlett Packard, Elan, VoelkI, Samsung and won the Good Design A ward and the KIDA grand prize.

Glamour's randomly interspersed rings imbue this design with a seductiveness rarely applied to geometric shapes. Whether finished in gold, nickel or white, the diffused light emanating behind Glamour's rings bathes the surrounding area in a soft, sensuous glow.
