Questions & Answers
South Shore Flexible 48" TV Stand
Instruction booklet incomplete, available space reduced by support braces.
Robert from Fox Lake, IL– Verified Buyer
While this was made of strong material, there were several blemishes that couldn't be covered up with the included black marker, such as minor corner dents and a crack in the veneer of a small piece. As for the instruction booklet, it was without any language, meaning that anyone could just follow the pictures, right? Except that there weren't sufficient pictures and steps to complete the assembly. In addition, the pictures were all line drawings, so it was difficult to determine when working from the bottom up or the top down (finished vs. unfinished sides being the issue). We had to disassemble several pieces to orient properly. As for the picture, there is no center support leg as shown. And the support braces for the inner shelves affect the lower level openings' depth. Don't try to put a receiver on the bottom level, which would be the best place for it due to the receiver's own weight, but it's not deep enough for the receiver alone much less the plugs/cords to connect other components. this means that a LOT of cords will hang down from the upper level, which may be seen through the lower level if your components there don't block the view. The description states that 2 people are needed to assemble. This is true not only for the weight of the unit but also to figure out what the assembly instructions actually are. (2 heads are better than 1.) For the price, the size and sturdiness are good, as well as there being plenty of air circulation so components don't overheat.

This was an exceptional piece for the money. I have the set and it works perfect for my 10 year old sons room. He has his television and gaming equipment on it. I highly recommend.

Just Perfect!! We are using these for a small office they are exactly as expected and I was able to come in under budget!! I had hope the drawers would have been a bit sturdier but overall it is alternative to expensive office furniture.

Terrific T.V. Stand!
Lisa from Kansas– Verified Buyer
This T.V. stand is just about perfect. Loving the overall look of the stand. Assembly was a bit of a problem. The instructions just weren't very clear. It's difficult to decipher which is the finished side and which is the non finished side on the pieces.

This TV stand is great! It is very solid, and heavy. I have no doubt it will support all of my components with ease.
