With his design for Model 29 Hans Schwippert broke with all traditional notions of cutlery design and construction. Each piece is multi-functional. The spoon can be employed as a scoop as well as a serving spoon. The small spoon for coffee and sugar can be used for stewed fruit like pears and peaches or kiwis.


A true 68er. This design by architect Hans Schwippert totally breaks away from any preconceived requisites regarding the shape and composition of flatware.
