Easy to put together, sturdy enough, bamboo sustainability. All pluses. No surprises from the description and images. What it looks like is what you get, and it works. The desk top might even be a bit larger than what it looks like in the photo. Mine is for my artist daughter's room--could easily be added to, but I doubt that is in store due to limited space here. It does have a coolness factor--would not recommend for a professional home or business office, however, but is way better than many secretarial and youth/teen/college/household chore products of same..
