Hokku Designs Parson Office Writing Desk with Drawer

Shipping box was mangled, but driver and I opened package to find the desk undamaged. Assembled easily compared to other furniture bought on line. Suits office space design - simple, functional, and allows easy use of PC and components.

The desk is solid and reasonably well built, but the top desk drawer is so low that it renders the desk entirely useless for the vast majority of adults. I can't scoot my chair in to reach the desk unless I make the chair so low that the desk is chest height. The drawer is just poorly positioned and the wrong size. It's amazing to me that this desk was product test for usabilty and actually passed. It's so ridiculous. I had to remove the drawer in order to be able to use the desk at all - that's a total waste! The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is that it's a decent desk when the drawer is removed, but the drawer was one of the selling points. I do NOT recommend it.

Product works great. We have purchased over 20 of them for a medical office and the providers are thrilled. The company modified the desk for us and has delivered on time every time.
