Only one side of the switch worked.

Product Review

I use it at my computer desk. / I feel like I'm able to see really well with it. / It looks more utilitarian than it did on the web site before I bought it.

Service Review

Yes. / Yes, except only the bright side of the switch worked. / The CSR was a snotty little worm. I have worked as a CSR for two different companies. I scored 90% or above on all my call observations. I know what is good service and what is not.
