love this! Unit was easy to set up (I did it by myself) It's a tiny bit tall for the TV viewing but it was the best piece to fit on the wall. |

Really nice, but assembly wasn't so smoo The unit itself looks really nice, I love the dark chocolate wood, looks real and it is very thick and heavy. The problem was some of the predrilled holes did not line up where they were supposed to, about a half inch off. I had to literally re-drill them to assemble it. There were two parts of the unit that didn't assemble correctly that I had to fix. The pre-drilled area for the doors to attach was inches off as well. If I didn't have a drill I would have been in trouble. Now that it is finished I like it a lot. The heat is really warm, comes out silently and smoothly. The flame is so/so.. The logs look perfect, Very real, they glow like they are burning and are always changing brightness and color. The actual flames look more like projeted light or like an image on a tv, not as realistic as I would like. You can control how fast they flicker. I went for slow, but maybe fast would not allow you to see them as detailed? I think a fireplace screen in front of it might help make it look more realistic, but finding one the right size and look is really hard, I've tried. I like the remote control, but it isn't designed well, you can only turn the unit on and off, you should at least be able to also turn the heat on and off and adjust the temperature. In my opinion this unit was far from cheap. I think the look of it is worth the investment, but the design needs to be fixed so the customer doesn't have to correct the drill holes and the remote should be upgraded and maybe a better flame. I do not regret buying it. |

Fabulous!! Wow does this look fantastic in our Harley Davidson basement! We have a huge flat screen TV hanging above it. It really blows out heat too within seconds. It's the first thing people comment on when they go downstairs. It's a little pricey but well worth it. We looked forever for the perfect piece. Nothing out there in the retail world compared to what we got. Thanks TV Stands! |
