Matteo Ragni takes his degree at the faculty of Architecture of Milan's Polytechnic. Since 1995 he is engaged in design; he teaches at Milan's Polytechnic and at European Institute of Design. From 1998 to 2005 he worked with Giulio Iachetti at the Aroundesign project; by this study was born the multipurpose biodegradable cutlery "Moscardino", with which they won "Compasso D' Oro ADI" prize in 2001. Today "Moscardino" has a place at the permanent exhibition of design of Moma of New York. Among the most recent prizes that Matteo Ragni has received we can remember: World Best Design Exchange Seoul and Young Designer Talent of Elle Decor Italia.
