Arnold Merckx Netherlands (1941 - )Arnold Merckx (1941) works for various cupboard and furniture manufacturers. He learned his profession in practice from his father and grandfather. Merckx studied at the Academy of Art in Rotterdam and trained under Artifort's Kho Liang Ie and Pierre Paulin. The Key chair was his first design for Artifort.
