3 of the four chairs were great. One was badly deformed and our ability to get with customer service was met by a bot who didnt quite seem to understand that the deformity was at the factory level and we were not able to disassemble the chair. It also wanted us to repackage and ship the deformed chair back which further made the process more frustrating.
