The mirror is lovely. It came with minor damage, and the paint was missing. When we tried to report it, the app wanted to send us a new frame without a mirror.

The mirror itself while beautiful, is disappointing because it doesn’t reflect a true to life image. It stretches out your reflection and makes you look wider than you are. If you are someone with body image issues do not buy this mirror. Most people that come over and see them selves in this mirror have commented on how wide it makes them look. I’ve had some mornings where I’ve changed my outfit multiple times because I haven’t liked what I’ve looked like in this mirror. I have two other old cracked mirrors that I was hoping to throw away but now I have to keep them until I can save up to buy a new mirror. Big disappointment.

Love the mirror! I got the largest size for our bedroom. The tone is more yellow/gold than it is brass and there aren’t any anchors included to make sure it doesn’t tip over however I’m glad it matches our other furniture pieces and the reflection is clear/has no warping of the image. I was looking at another mirror that was double the price and this mirror has the same design effect I was looking for so I’m happy with the purchase.
