Photos matched the product perfectly which made matching my existing tile much easier

Wanted a brick herringbone floor for my laundry room but didn't want the porous surface of brick. This tile was the perfect solution!

I have been very pleased with my experience ordering this tile. My order arrived very promptly about a week ahead of the anticipated delivery date. I ordered the Brickstone Red tile, and was very pleased with it's appearance. The tiles that arrived had a very realistic brick-like appearance, and the tiles had a large variety in appearance. The only problem I encountered is that out of the 7 boxes of tile I ordered 5 tiles were broken. The packaging did seem adequate so I wonder if the tiles were broken during the packaging process. I contacted the company via their website for replacement product, and the company is going to send me a replacement box free of charge. I was impressed how easy the process was to get the defective tiles replaced. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Beautiful tiles, a lot of color shade difference between tiles. Not bad just to be aware of.
