I am not sure to contact, but we ordered 8 boxes, and 3 of those came with damaged tiles. The subway tiles are NOT supported by anything but the cardboard box so if they are damaged upon arrival, they will not be useable. Please see pictures. We are frustrated. If we could please get a rep from the company to reach out we would appreciate it. I will leave a followup review if they do. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Now, we need to go to a local tile shop (which maybe, we should have in the first place).
