My wife and I love the mirror. Installation required us to put in a junction box behind the mirror. Easy if you're handy. Otherwise plan to hire some help. The first mirror had some nicks in the mirror surface. AllModern offered us a discount or replacement and we accepted a replacement.

You get what you pay for with this mirror. It was definitely not a real metal frame but instead a spray painted brownish yellow gold with flecks of sparkle. I was looking for a brushed brass and this was not that. I also had to pay $79 to ship 2 of these back as well.

the mirror was nice but delivery was awful - the box badly damaged and there was slight ddamage in upper corner but I did not return as it all is too heavy for me to deal with. and it was. at top where I did not think it would be seen - I filled in chiped part with black ink.
