Macsen Metal Wall Clock

Very cheaply made, certainly not worth the price. Ordered two, both defective. Will be sending back.

Most important thing – there was an accidental scratch on the face of the clock. It actually looked like maybe when it was being put together or it could’ve been shipped – but they were very quick to send me another one to replace mine even before I had sent the other one back and I got a return label. It was easy Peezy. Thank you all modern. I really appreciate your customer service.

This is absolutely beautiful yet it arrived damaged. Scratches on interior of face and a chipped metal exterior.

I think this clock is so beautiful, but there is a major flaw that stops it from a higher rating. And this is that during shipping, the hands scratch against the clock face and leave scratch marks. These can’t be tended to or corrected later because they are inside the glass which is not accessible. I ordered a replacement clock and it was the same issue. Disappointing for the price of the clock
