I took a chance and bought this “open box.” I knew it was a risk, but I would have appreciated knowing the item was damaged not just an open box return. Seems only fair. One of the print frames is damaged there are black marks on the white background. I can only use one of the prints, so not sure what I’m going to do.

These floating canvas pictures are beautiful. I misunderstood the dimensions in the description, they note the total dimensions of BOTH frames together. So, they arrived smaller than I expected but I should have read the description in better detail. I found a new place for them then the one I planned and still love them.

I ordered the 36x48 print and the 24x36 was delivered. Contacted customer service. They apologized and said they would ensure the correct size was delivered. Received the smaller size AGAIN. Contacted customer service again who ASSURED ME the correct size would be delivered. Received the smaller size AGAIN. How can the wrong size be delivered 3 times??? I want this print in 36x48 so I said to send me the correct size. Hasn't been delivered yet. I'm hoping it's correct or I will be blowing up social media with this issue. UNBELIEVABLE.
