There was a light gray color available when we ordered so that is what we have. I was going for a champagne but more silver than gold tone. They are really light blocking blackout drapes - very happy with them and they feel like a faux suede, very nice.

The best blackout curtains I’ve purchased. The velvet look matches my headboard and I would buy these again!

Love them so much I bought two more for my dining room! Beautiful color and very soft. Needed something heavier for winter as our window is large, old, and drafty. So far these are doing the trick!

I absolutely love my rug! The pile is perfect and it really stands out.

Curtains are stiff, but look nice heavy

I loved the curtains! They over exceed my expectations. The material is super soft, yet very thick. Really good quality and beautiful. Definitely recommend them.

This is the first blackout curtains I have ever purchased. Let me tell you, they are life changing! Prior to this we had just honeycomb blinds and sheers in our bedroom. These blackouts make the room dark and cozy at night and once the sun comes up. And the velvet look of these curtains make the room look fantastic. They panels were a bit wrinkled coming out of the package, but I hung them and then steamed them which helped. These would be great in a media room that has windows for a nice dark movie experience. The dark photo with the kitty on the bed was taken at about 10am in the morning. You can see the daylight peaking through where our freestanding AC unit vents out the window.

I love the dark charcoal gray color of these curtains. And I wanted to love them, but I don't. First, I was super disappointed that the website describes these as machine washable, but the actual packaging says "spot clean." I am not trying to own curtains I can't throw in the washing machine once or twice a year. So I test washed one pair of these (cold water, gentle cycle, partially dried on no heat and then air dried rest of the way), and they are fine. So I would say they're machine washable. The real issue is the stiff polyester velvet material. When I read the reviews about stiff the curtains were, I thought I didn't care because I wasn't touching them all the time. But here's the issue: they don't hang right when they're this stiff. They create gaps between the curtains, the floor, the wall, rather than draping together like softer curtains. This is an issue when you truly want to block out the light. So keep this in mind. If you really want curtains that block all the light in a bedroom, it probably makes sense to spring for better quality material.
