Be weary especially if you need your materials in a timely fashion. The product was not wrapped or cushioned appropriately and arrived with at least 1/3 of the tiles completly broken or chipped. Who would ship a box of tiles like this? And after reporting the problem on the All Modern site, it says the manufacturer will email me in 1-2 days. Our contractor was expecting to put the tiles up this week. Very disappointed with the shipping and problem resolution process.

The product is as it looks on photo. It is not actual terrazzo, it does have the look. Also the texture is not smooth, it's got some graininess to it. It worked for me!
