This warranty excludes any problems or occurrences caused or arising from the following, but not limited to: Improper installation, installation defects or errors, fabrication defects or errors, or improper transportation and handling of the products, Ordinary wear and tear, Improper commercial use of the product, Bedrosians® warrants to its immediate and direct purchaser, and no other person, that manufactured first choice quality products will be free from defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This tile looks amazing and is a great size. The finish is also really nice – matte, but still with a little shine. It’s hard to understand the pattern based on the sample you get. I wish they would send you one full tile to be able to see, but we love the pattern.

The tile is even more beautiful in person. It does get dirty easily which is to be expected with lighter colors. It has a wave like texture and is smooth to the touch. Very satisfied.
