Horrible. Actually shocking they would ship the mirror they did. Glue, paint and metal chips all around the mirror/frame. Also cracks in the framing where it attaches to mirror. Customer service process to initiate return might be even worse than the mirror itself...

The rounded mirrors have an excellent design. The frame is not expected; as seen in the pictures, it bent and was noticeable. Overall, the style of it is modern and looks attractive. I wanted to return and replace it but wanted to avoid paying for shipping. Thoughts?

Love this mirror! Adds some modern abstract to any space. A bit tricky to hang and be level / not throw you off if you're OCD like me, but still love it!
