The first delivery there was a broken tile and I was bummed but customer service was great and arranged a return and ordered me a replacement. I know this would fit the area but it exceeded my expectations. Be VERY careful unpacking it. It’s a true piece of an art and I’m more than satisfied with it.

I ordered the terracotta color. Mine DOES NOT look like the images on the website. The images on the website showed dark brown string but mine is a light tan. The images on the website showed darker colored terracotta rounds with considerable color variation but mine is a very blah natural color. It took over 30 days to get my husband to hang it and it wasn’t until it was hung that I noticed the discrepancy. I don’t know if I should try to stain it…
