This rug is gorgeous and was the perfect accent to bring this room together. The green is muted and not jarring at all - it’s soft and elegant. Brings a sophisticated mid century modern vibe to my living room. The rug is plush without being shag, though it is deep. My Dyson runs on it with a little more effort than usual, but does not shut down like it does on true shag rugs. No shedding, no offgassing, no loose threads. I did have an issue with one corner during shipping where the packaging ripped and exposed the rug, but that was remedied by AllModerns customer service, and hidden under the couch.. This wool rug at this price point is a hell of a deal! It’s soft under your feet, and with a good quality rug pad it stays in place. I vacuumed it like crazy when I first laid it out after reading the other reviews about the excessive shedding… that’s pretty common for a wool shag rug. We will see how it holds up over time, but honestly at this sale price even if it lasts a year I got my moneys worth in my opinion!!! Not worth the money at the listed full price however.. Jason.
