Really pleased with the color and visibility of the pattern in monotone. I was worried it would be darker or more brown but it is a true mustard. Nice thickness and weight makes it comfortable and allows it to unpack and lie flat easily. Have noticed quite a bit of shedding but that seems to be normal in the beginning for these wool rugs. The rug is very thick and looks high quality. This pic is immediately after unrolling it so I have a heavy cutting board on the edge to help flatten the edge. After a few days it lays perfectly flat. We ordered this rug to go underneath our kitchen table. It has a great mid-century modern design which works perfectly with our style as well as our gray/blue color scheme in the house. The rug itself works perfectly for what we wanted - we wanted a nice looking rug to go under the table to avoid scratching the floors, but did not want to spend an arm and a leg on a rug.
