Excellent quality- I put it together myself and it went fine. The hardest part was lifting the extremely heavy boxes up the stairs by myself! The headboard weighs a lot but the other parts of the bed I was able to bring up individually to make it easier. Assembly took a half hour or so, bed is very sturdy and most importantly, no squeaking! I went back and forth between getting white boucle or the brown but I like the brown. After our last bed broke due to having the frame rails attaching to the headboard with screws into wood, I was really looking for a solid metal to metal attachment which this bed has. It was easy to put together, just be mindful of bending the hooks. We love the padding on all the pieces and the rails feel solid and comfortable enough to sit on.
