Was exactly what I was hoping for but the headboard is wobbly and the bed is creaky. The slats and mid support is higher in the middle making the mattress peak in the center. The bed is great, overall. Very modern, fabric is soft to touch and the base looks very sturdy. However, do yourself a favor and look up Modrest Paula queen bed, which is the name of the bed, it says on the packaging. AllModern does not list the name of the bed on their website because they don't want you to compare prices with other stores. This exact same bed retails anywhere from $700 to $850. AllModern charges over $1,100 and they don't do price match. If only I didn't unpack and start assembling the bed and realize that assembly instructions were not included, I looked up the name of the bed on google and was shocked to see how much they overcharge compared to other retailers.
