Beautiful and very solid bed, but disappointing quality considering the price. The first bed came with what I assume was a manufacturing defect - the groove in the headboard was too shallow for the side plank to sit in. AllModern promptly sent me a replacement which was much worse than the first bed. The headboard had several blemishes, and the alternating pattern of the headboard (which is not noticeable at all in the product photos) was even more pronounced than the first bed.
