I am absolutely in love with this armchair! I got the grey colour but it is more of a really pretty neutral tan/grey colour. It is very comfortable to sit on with a perfect level of firmness. The chair looks much more expensive than it was and is a great way to elevate the look of any space. As far as assembly went, it was really easy to build as the legs just screw on from the bottom.. We ordered 2 armchairs and one sofa of the same collection , sofa and arm chair got delivered within a week and 2 weeks later for second arm chair we are still following up with support team , staff is friendly and is being helpful..
