I LOVE this rug! It’s surprisingly soft underfoot for a rug of this type. And its pile is low enough to allow another, smaller rug to be used on top without it being a tripping hazard. Some of the knots have become slightly loose with use, but it’s worth it for the versatility it allows. (You can buy smaller rugs on sale and they look OK when layered on top of this one.). Rebecca. The rug is very thick and looks high quality. This pic is immediately after unrolling it so I have a heavy cutting board on the edge to help flatten the edge. After a few days it lays perfectly flat. My husband even made the comment that it was a nice rug. My dog got some mud on it and I had to spot clean it. Like the other reviews said... it does shed. Besides that I love the modern look!!. This is just perfect for me. I was a little worried about the shedding as the review says, but I don't have any issue with it. I think the recent versions got rid of the issues. Color is just perfect. It's not too vivid orange nor desaturated brown. It's somewhat clay-ed orange which just goes too well with wood interior. I just am glad that I did choose this product.. I’ve only had the rug for 5 days and so far I’m in love . It vacuums easy but as wool does sheds a bit, not crazy. My previous wool rug did the same and it’s not any worse than dog hair so doesn’t phase me. It warms and brightens the room, adds lovely texture and it’s so soft I don’t want to wear socks.
