This rug is beautiful. High quality. It is as described in description. Light gray with a shiny silver look. It shows traffic marks but I don’t mind it. I love this rug. The only downfall is my carpet cleaners told me that to never spill on this rug or use and kind of cleaner or water on it as it’s 100 viscosesilk and it will stain really easily. That maybe dry cleaners will be able to clean it. So that sucks as this is in our living room. Layer in visual dimension. This area rug’s neutral ivory and dark brown hue keeps the focus on its rich braided texture. Handwoven from wool and viscose with a hint of sheen, its medium pile height delivers the ideal mix of cushioning + durability. We suggest adding a rug pad to hold it in place.
I love the look and feel of this rug. The care instructions are to sweep, do not vacuum too often which I’m not sure about future cleanliness. I used scotch guard to protect.
