This is a really beautiful piece, truly a designer style and overall good quality. I love that there's a lip at the edge of the top around the entire perimeter so items cannot roll or be easily knocked off the dresser. I am using this as a baby changing table/dresser and it's perfect because the drawers are not too large, so if you're looking for big roomy drawers for storing jeans or sweatpants, these are not them. The top and bottom drawers are pull to open, but the center drawers rely on a push to open and push to shut mechanism that allows the drawers to sit flush and makes the design of the piece really sleek. However, the first piece arrived with a faulty mechanism on one of these drawers and the company offered me several options including replacement of the entire piece, which was expeditious. What an amazing dresser! It arrived fully assembled and in one (very heavy) box- for this reason I recommend doorway delivery if possible. The design is sleek and the whole of the dresser is made of heavy quality wood. It is a perfect accessory to the rest of the set including the night stands and the bed. The drawers slide fluidly but don't "slam" when you close them. They are all equally flush when closed fully. The handles are also metal- these come wrapped and protected out of the box. Gorgeous piece but came with a nick in it and there’s clearly issues with the drawers on this model. I have one wonky drawer the delivery men had to work on to get open. I also received the nightstand and both drawers wouldn’t open. I’m waiting on the replacement for. I needed furniture and opted to not send back for refund. They offered me 20 percent off but for the price I truly believe I should be credited more for the total inconvenience this has caused me and my lack of trust in how this item will hold up..
