The dresser is beautiful but I am only giving 4 stars because of the drawers. They are soft close because you have to push them closed, they do no close after a gentle tap. Overall the experience was good. The shipping time was excellent. The product was well packaged but still came with some minor scuffs and would be nice if a touch up pen was included. The way they installed the handles for shipping left marks on the drawer face that are bigger then the handles. I'm also wondering if the legs are expected to seat all the way into the grooves on the bottom. The bolts are already tight; I can tighten more, but im afraid the wood will split.. Anonymous.
