The dresser is a beautiful piece but my problem with is that it arrived damaged. At this price point where is the Quality Control Waiting for feedback from Customer Service. I upgraded my rating due to the fact that customer service contacted me and resent a dresser that was replacement for the initial unit. Dresser looks nice, and is very similar to the pictures on the listing but it came with semi deep scratches all over it on the outside and the felt inside of one of the drawers had a small gash in it as well. The brand of dresser that I got is also different than the brand it claims to be. It is advertised as being Winhall brand but I was sent a dresser with the brand name of safavieh couture. Other than it being the wrong brand it has a different leg construction underneath the dresser as well, and I only know that because the assembly instructions, pictures, and materials listed in the item details on the app are very different from the instructions and materials I actually recieved. I tried to reach out to customer service about all of this the day it was delivered but other than the automated email was the only response I received after emailing them 4 separate times over the course of a week.. Happy with my purchase! This is a very sturdy piece. I was pleasantly surprised by the richness and depth of the wood stain/coloring, something I had worried about as the online photos had a lot of variance. The black and brass details are subtle and very well done. There were a few edges where the stain was thin, but I was able to fix those immediately with a furniture marker. This is a really beautiful piece, truly a designer style and overall good quality. I love that there's a lip at the edge of the top around the entire perimeter so items cannot roll or be easily knocked off the dresser. I am using this as a baby changing table/dresser and it's perfect because the drawers are not too large, so if you're looking for big roomy drawers for storing jeans or sweatpants, these are not them. The top and bottom drawers are pull to open, but the center drawers rely on a push to open and push to shut mechanism that allows the drawers to sit flush and makes the design of the piece really sleek. However, the first piece arrived with a faulty mechanism on one of these drawers and the company offered me several options including replacement of the entire piece, which was expeditious.
