A quality piece that is constructed of real wood. That being said, real wood inherently requires maintenance to keep it looking good and preserve it for years (occasional application of wood soap, preventive care such as coasters and avoiding high humidity or hot environments, etc). If maintenance is not your thing, then look for a veneer or even MDF piece for less, and expect to replace it within a shorter lifespan.
